F-150 Coilovers & Off-Road Shocks

Whether you're building a dedicated off-road rig or upgrading the F-150 suspension for overland duty, BRBN's 2.5 and 2.8 Series coilover kits deliver the performance and adjustability that stock suspension can't touch. Designed for 2009–2025 Ford F-150 4WD — including the Raptor — these aren't rebadged parts. Every kit ships with application-specific hardware, no OEM top plates, no welding required.

2.5 Series Front Coilovers for F-150 (2015–2020)

The entry point into BRBN's F-150 suspension lineup. The 2.5" front coilover kit features a coated aluminum damper body, 6061-T6 billet-machined aluminum reservoir, chrome-plated shaft, and 3-way independent damping adjustment — high-speed compression, low-speed compression, and rebound — so you can tune for trail, overland, or daily use. Adjustable ride height from 0–2.5", 10KG/560LB tuned spring rate, monotube design, rebuildable and revalvable. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

2.8 Series Front Coilovers for F-150 (2015–2020)

The 2.8 Series steps up the body diameter and internal capacity for builds that demand more — loaded rigs, heavier tires, or aggressive off-road use. Same 3-way adjustability and direct-fit hardware as the 2.5, built for elevated performance under punishing conditions.

Rear Shock Kits for F-150 (2009–2025)

Round out your F-150 off-road suspension upgrade with BRBN's 2.5 or 2.8 Series rear shock kits. External reservoir design improves heat dissipation and maintains consistent damping on extended runs. Fits a wide range of F-150 model years including the Raptor.

Dyno-Tested, Not Just Claimed

In independent third-party testing, BRBN coilovers outperformed Fox 2.5 Factory Series — wider adjustment range, more consistent damping, better control under extreme conditions. The results are published - click the button below for the dyno results.
