BRBN Off-Road Limited Lifetime Warranty
All BRBN Off-Road coilovers are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty that is available to the original purchaser only (non-transferable).
BRBN Off-Road warranties its products to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and material. The warranty is limited to North America only. Professional installation is recommended with all products to avoid improper handling and/or installation. BRBN Off-Road does not warranty damages caused by improper installation.
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers bolt-on components such as bottom mounts, top hats, camber plates, collars, spring perches, and springs. Shock bodies (also commonly referred to as shafts, dampers, and struts) and their internals such as seals and fluids are covered for 2 years from the original purchase date.
Non-coilover related BRBN Off-Road products, with the exception of BRBN Off-Road coilover covers, are covered by a limited 5-year warranty (spacers, arms, etc.). BRBN Off-Road coilover covers have a 1-year warranty.
Pillowball mounts are covered for a 2-year period whether they are on a coilover or on an adjustable arm.
BRBN Off-Road is not held liable for seizing of any threaded parts and worn / rusted finishes. As the responsibility of the end user, we HIGHLY recommend anti-seize, coilover covers, and regularly inspecting parts for wear.
In order to more accurately find a fault, BRBN Off-Road may request an item be sent in for inspection before a claim is deemed warrantable, or offer a replacement at full cost until the item in question is sent back in for a refund once it is deemed faulty. If no fault is found, there will be no credit given.
Shipping for all claims is the responsibility of the end user to and from BRBN Off-Road.
BRBN Off-Road has the right to deny any claim at our own discretion.
BRBN Off-Road’s Limited Lifetime Warranty DOES NOT apply to the following:
- Any products that show abuse, improper installation, or collision.
- Any products that have been altered in any way.
- Seized collars. To avoid this, BRBN Off-Road recommends using anti-seize on all collars/threaded areas of the shaft or by purchasing BRBN Off-Road Coilover Covers to protect the shafts from the elements.
For a warranty part to be deemed warrantable, we will choose to follow one of the 3 following processes:
- Fill out the warranty form and include photo(s) / video of clearly damaged part or diagnostic receipt from mechanic
- Purchase a new part that you feel may be faulty, and after replacement, send the old part in for evaluation with the below form filled out. A refund will be granted if the product is found to be faulty
- Send the coilover in for evaluation along with the below form; replacement parts will be swapped at no charge if deemed necessary.
Note: All coilover collars / mounts must spin freely prior to sending
