Unfortunately, not every test goes according to plan. After thousands of miles of product development and countless hours of testing, our 2023 Bronco was involved in an accident that ultimately ended its time as the BRBN development vehicle.

While it was disappointing to lose a platform that played such a major role in our suspension development, it also gave us the opportunity to start fresh. We replaced it with a brand-new 2025 Bronco Badlands, giving us an even better foundation to continue developing the next generation of BRBN products.

The new Bronco wasn't left stock for long. It immediately became our latest test platform, equipped with our newest BRBN 2.8 Coilovers, billet upper control arms, and a growing list of prototype components that are continuously being tested and refined. Every new product, revision, and design change earns its place on this Bronco before it's ever offered to our customers.

Starting over also gave us the chance to validate everything we had learned from the 2023 Bronco. Rather than assuming our previous testing still applied, we repeated it. We compared suspension settings, geometry, ride quality, durability, and performance across different terrain to ensure our products performed exactly as intended on the latest platform.

For us, development never really ends. Every trail, every road trip, every event, and every mile driven adds to the knowledge behind the products we build. It's constantly being pushed, modified, and tested so that when a BRBN product arrives at your door, you can be confident it has already proven itself where it matters most.

Shortly after acquiring this bronco, and outfitting it with BRBN suspension, we headed to 2 separate bronco events back to back. With about 500 miles on the odometer, we put this Bronco through its paces, and showed off just how well our suspension handles.

The first event was a Bronco Off-roadeo BYOB (bring your own bronco). In the past, the off-roadeo was an intro for people to get introduced to broncos. Crawling up mountains, down rock gardens, and even 3 wheeling at times. But recently, they opened up the BYOB program, to have a guided tour for current bronco owners to put their own rigs to the test. Our Bronco conquered everything without hesitation. The articulation was immensely improved over the stock broncos in the group, and we were able to tackle everything with ease.

The second event was a Northeast Bronco Nation event at Armorditch in Ossippee, NH. Here, we met tons of hardcore bronco owners like ourselves. A tight nit community who share all the same passion. A group also willing to throw their Broncos into some nasty terrain, and use it to its full potential. Half our day was spent at our BRBN booth, talking with members about our suspension, and meeting some cool people. Then we ventured into the Armorditch, and what a journey that was. A true off-road park filled with all sorts of obstacles and trails. An impressive place to go explore, only an hour away from BRBN Headquarters.
