Refund policy

BRBN Off-Road is happy to offer an easy return process. Please contact us to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

BRBN Off-Road will accept returns that meet the following criteria:

  1. Orders received within the past 30 days that are:
    1. Brand new
    2. In original packaging, that have not been test fit, installed, or thoroughly opened
    3. Purchased from BRBN Off-Road directly

BRBN Off-Road will not accept returns that meet the following criteria:

  1. Orders received more than 30 days and/or
    1. Have been used or test fit
    2. Are not in original packaging
    3. Are a special ordered item (Notified of a lead time while ordering)* — Approval or denial at BRBN Off-Road's discretion
    4. Not purchased from BRBN Off-Road directly
    5. BRBN Off-Road DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF WHEEL SPACERS OR ADAPTERS

All returns must have an approved RMA number that should be included on the package when sent back. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Any refund will be the purchase price of the item less any shipping charges either paid for or incurred by BRBN Off-Road. Any return received without an approved RMA# will not receive credit.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, 20% if custom build or spec coilovers. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. BRBN Off-Road can approve or deny any return request at our discretion.

*Note: Special ordered items cannot be canceled once confirmed by the customer when notified at the time of purchase. Special exceptions or restock fees may apply at BRBN Off-Road's discretion.

Any return request of a BRBN Off-Road product purchased from an outside dealer or distributor must be done through that party directly.
