The HD spec rear coilover is tuned for versatility and abuse resistance. Whether your Bronco is a fully loaded daily driver, a weekend overlander stacked with gear, or a dedicated off-road build trailered to the course, BRBN’s rear setup offers the adjustability and durability to keep pace with your adventures. The rear HD coilovers come equipped with a 4.8 KG spring rate (vs our 4 KG spring rate on the standard 2.5 series). This is ideal for carrying a consistent additional 400-800 pounds in vehicle accessories (racks, aftermarket bumpers, recovery gear, etc). 

Rear Coilover Features & Specifications

• Direct Fit: Application-specific hardware — no reused OEM top plates, no welding, no compromises.

• Premium HD Materials: Coated 2.5” aluminum damper body, 6061-T6 billet-machined aluminum reservoir & components with anodized finish, and chrome-plated shaft.

• Adjustable Ride Height: 2 to 4.25 inches of lift to set your ride height and clearance for wheel/tire combos and terrain. Sasquatch package equipped Broncos will obtain a  0-2.25 inch adjustment range.

• 3-Way Damping Adjustment: Independent high-speed compression, low-speed compression, and rebound adjustment for precise damper tuning.

• Vehicle-Specific Valving: External HD reservoir improves cooling, reduces fade, and increases nitrogen + oil capacity for long-haul performance.

• Monotube Damper Design: Consistent performance even in punishing conditions.

• 2.5" Smooth Aluminum Reservoir Body: Precision-built for 2-way damping performance.

• Increased Travel from Stock: More articulation and capability for aggressive terrain.
