We built this coilover for drivers who demand more than “good enough.”

Increased oil volume, more damping control, and better heat management compared to a traditional 2.5- without the size, weight, or price tag of a 3.0.

Intended Use
The HD spec is designed for drivers who run harder, carry more, and expect their suspension to keep up. Whether it’s a daily-driven Bronco loaded with gear, a weekend overlander chasing remote trails, or a fully built off-road rig hitting competition courses, the BRBN HD gives you the tuning flexibility and durability to match the mission. These coilovers come with 12 KG/ 672 LB Spring Rates (2KG higher than our standard 2.8 series), and are aimed for carrying an additional 400-800 pounds in equipment (aftermarket bumpers, recovery gear, roof rack add-ons, etc).

Our 2.8 Series Coilover will get you closer to 3.0 performance than any 2.5 on the market today.

Front Coilover Features & Specifications

• Direct Fit: Application-specific hardware — no reused OEM top plates, no welding, no guesswork.

• Premium HD Materials: Coated 2.8” aluminum damper body, 6061-T6 billet-machined aluminum reservoir and components, anodized finish, and chrome-plated shaft.

• Adjustable Ride Height: 2 to 4.25 inches of lift to set your ride height and clearance for wheel/tire combos and terrain. Sasquatch package-equipped Broncos will obtain a  0-2.25 inch adjustment range.

• 3-Way Damping Adjustment: Independent high-speed compression, low-speed compression, and rebound adjustment for precise damper tuning.

• Vehicle-Specific Valving: External HD reservoir boosts cooling, reduces fatigue, and increases nitrogen + oil capacity for extended abuse.

• Monotube Damper Design: Consistent performance, even when the going gets brutal.
